hee. spider web starting to grow le.. sorry for e extreme lack of update.
so work in hospital have started, well, it started quite long ago. lol. wat im doing is actually helping docs prepare patients casesheets before clinic starts, then take down their next appointment and finally keep e casesheets after clinic and some other admin stuffs lar. sounds easy but i took at least 2 weeks to get familarise with all those forms and procedure.. even got scolded by e nurses there a few times.. anyway, e nurse tt scold me oso got a bit PMS prob lar.. sometimes not my fault oso got scolded. all e other staffs working there oso noe her pattern de.. lol wat i can do is juz 笑一笑 then act as if nothing happen.. haha.
i work in a geriatric clinic, meaning clinic tt sees old pple lar.. lol. so e patients there always got accompanied by either family members or nursing home staff. some families are really supporting. they're very concerned abt e pt and some even quit full time job to take care of them. some really heck care de. either no show or show up le oso juz sit there do nothing. feel sad for e pt oso.
sometimes funny pple turn up and makes work less stressful. lol. once hl told me her doc was seeing this dementia pt and his wife refuse to hire a maid to look after him cos she scared e maid seduce her husband!! HAHA. pls lar, e uncle so old le then dementia somemore.. i tink e maid oso dun wan lo.. e wife keep complaining to e doc.. tink e doc oso cannot take it le. HAHA. old auntie oso have maid woes de wor.. lol..
of course i see sad things too. there's a time im suppose to help out in palliative clinic, meaning clinic tt sees pts with illness tt are end-stage like cancer or kidney failure or watsoever. i hear e doc telling a pt's family tt she has oni 1 mth or so to live cos her cancer's spreading and she's turning yellow meaning e liver has failed. somemore e pt not very old.. 40+ oni. the family oso say she has juz got a new grandson and is looking 4ward to taking care of him.. feel so moody after helping out in tt clinic.. i cant imagine tt happening to my family. now i really understand how impt health is. i wish for my parents to be healthy forever..
besides work, nothing interesting happens lately.. except tt i went for harry potter movie with yh last fri. e movie's quite disappointing.. not as excited as i thot it would be. but kx and yh's company make up for tt. so nice to see yh again.. i miss calling her full name(tts means plus surname)haha.. as i told her, muz call full name then got feeling.. HAHA.. she tinks im a weirdo.. lol. but somehow i oni call her by full name. so oso some sort of special privellge hor yh?? hee.
deb went to US for holidays.. hope she get back soon for calamaris outing!! :)
